Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all purchases, bookings, memberships, private sessions, workshops, events and other services offered by Glow Pilates. By using our services, you accept these T&Cs.
2. Studio identity
3. Products and services
Glow offers group Reformer Pilates classes, private sessions, class packs, memberships, workshops, retreats and related services. Descriptions, prices, validity periods and conditions are shown on the website, booking platform or at the time of purchase.
4. Booking and payment
- Bookings and payments are made online through Glow's designated booking platform (currently Bsport).
- A booking is confirmed only once the relevant confirmation is displayed or sent.
- A valid class pack or membership is required to book a group class.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Glow may change prices for future purchases at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to any separate membership price-adjustment clause for future billing periods.
6. Class packs and validity
- Class packs are valid only for the validity period shown at the time of purchase.
- Unused classes expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Glow does not offer extensions except where Glow expressly agrees in writing.
- Class packs are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Introductory offers are limited to one per person and available to new clients only.
7. Membership terms
7.1 Product
The Glow Membership entitles the member to book a defined number of eligible group classes per monthly billing period, subject to the chosen plan and class availability.
7.2 Price and billing
The monthly price is the price shown at the time of purchase. The membership is billed monthly by automatic payment through the booking platform. Payment is due automatically on the billing date shown at the time of purchase.
If a payment cannot be collected, Glow may suspend access to the membership and future bookings until the outstanding amount is paid.
7.3 Included and excluded services
The membership applies only to group classes specifically designated by Glow as included. Private sessions, duo sessions, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and special events are not included unless Glow states otherwise.
7.4 Unused classes
Unused classes expire at the end of each monthly billing period. They are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable to another person.
7.5 Initial term and renewal
The membership has a minimum initial term as stated at the time of purchase. After the initial term, the membership renews automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
7.6 Cancellation
The member may cancel the membership at any time after the minimum initial term, with effect at the end of the current billing period, by giving notice through the booking platform or in writing to Glow.
No refund is due for any partially used or unused period, except where Glow expressly agrees otherwise or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7.7 Extraordinary termination
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause (long-term illness or injury, significant relocation) under Swiss law cannot be contractually excluded. Supporting documentation may be requested.
7.8 Pause / freeze
Membership pause is not available unless Glow expressly agrees in writing in exceptional circumstances (documented medical reasons, pregnancy, or comparable situations). Supporting documentation may be requested.
7.9 Price changes
Glow may adjust membership prices for future billing periods. Any price change will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before it takes effect and will apply only from the next renewal cycle.
If the member does not wish to continue at the new price, the member may cancel the membership before the new price takes effect, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
8. Cancellation and no-show
- Cancellation: classes may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellation: cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start will result in the class being deducted from the pack or membership.
- No-show: failing to attend a booked class without cancelling is treated as a late cancellation.
- Arrival: please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted to ensure the best experience for all participants.
9. Private sessions
Private session bookings, cancellation deadlines and pack conditions are governed by the rules shown at the time of purchase or booking.
10. Workshops, events and retreats
Workshops, collaborations, events and retreats may be subject to separate conditions, including separate cancellation and refund policies.
11. Studio rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask all clients to:
- Inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.
- Wear appropriate workout attire and bring grip socks (available for purchase at the studio).
- Keep the studio clean and return equipment to its designated place.
- Silence mobile phones during classes.
- Refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances out of consideration for other clients.
- Treat fellow clients, instructors, and staff with respect.
12. Health and participation
Clients participate at their own responsibility and should ensure they are fit to take part. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme, particularly with pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgery.
Glow may suggest modifications, decline participation in a specific class format, or recommend private sessions where appropriate for safety reasons.
To protect your privacy, please do not submit sensitive health information through booking comments or platform profile fields. If you need to discuss physical limitations or class modifications, contact us directly.
13. Liability
Glow is liable only as required by applicable law. Glow is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Data protection
Glow processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
15. No general right of withdrawal
Swiss law does not provide a general right to withdraw from an online or in-studio purchase. Glow does not offer a general cancellation or withdrawal right after purchase unless expressly stated in a specific promotional offer or required by mandatory law.
16. Changes to these T&Cs
Glow may update these T&Cs from time to time. The version accepted by the client at the time of purchase applies to that purchase or contract, unless a later version validly replaces it.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to any mandatory venue rights under Swiss law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain applicable where required by law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
